Day 2 of Counting the Omer
April 4
Love is given freely.
“But God demonstrates his own love for us
in that the Messiah died on our behalf
while we were still sinners.”
— Romans 5:8
I didn’t earn this.
I didn’t clean myself up first.
I didn’t meet Him halfway.
He gave love…
when I had nothing to give back.
Before I changed.
Before I understood.
Before I chose Him…
He chose me.
That’s what love looks like.
