Day 30 of Counting the Omer

Day 30 of Counting the Omer

Not my will.

This one feels honest… and hard.

Because surrender sounds beautiful
until it costs something.

“Father, if you are willing, take this cup away from me…”
— Luke 22:42

Even Yeshua expressed the weight of it.
The sorrow.
The reality of what was before Him.

And yet…

“Still, let not my will but yours be done.”

That kind of trust is deeper than emotion.
Deeper than comfort.

It’s surrender.

And maybe real obedience
isn’t pretending something doesn’t hurt—

maybe it’s trusting the Father anyway.
