Day 26 of Counting the Omer

Strength renewed.

This one feels like a breath of fresh air.

Not strength I force.
Not strength I manufacture.

Renewed.

“…those who hope in Adonai
will renew their strength…”
— Isaiah 40:31

And maybe that’s the reminder today—

I don’t have to carry everything in my own strength.

He renews what’s worn down.
He strengthens what feels weak.
He sustains what’s tired.

So even when I feel exhausted…
I’m not without hope.

Because His strength meets me there.
