Day 32 of Counting the Omer

Posted on May 4, 2026May 11, 2026 By Gloria No Comments on Day 32 of Counting the Omer

God opposes pride.

This one humbles me a little.

Because pride can be subtle.
Wanting control.
Wanting recognition.
Wanting things my way.

But scripture points me somewhere different.

“Clothe yourselves in humility toward one another…”
— 1 Peter 5:5

Humility isn’t weakness.
It’s posture.

A willingness to stay teachable.
Soft-hearted.
Dependent on Him.

Because pride elevates self—
but grace flows toward humility.

And honestly…
I need His grace more than I need to be right.
