Compassion of Messiah.
This one feels… tender.
“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were harried and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.”
— Matthew 9:36
Not because they had it all together—
but because they didn’t.
Harried.
Helpless.
Like sheep without a shepherd.
And instead of turning away…
He leaned in.
That kind of compassion doesn’t wait for perfection.
It meets people right where they are.
And I’m realizing…
He sees me the same way.
Not rushed past.
Not overlooked.
Not dismissed.
Seen.
Met.
Held in compassion.
