Day 36 of Counting the Omer
Firm foundation.
This one feels grounding.
Because so much in life shifts.
Emotions shift.
Circumstances shift.
People shift.
But He remains steady.
“A firm foundation-stone;
he who trusts will not rush here and there.”
— Isaiah 28:16
And honestly…
I feel the difference when I’m building on Him
instead of building on fear, pressure, or instability.
A firm foundation brings peace.
Not because storms never come—
but because everything doesn’t collapse when they do.
He is steady.
Tested.
Secure.
And maybe trust looks like staying planted
when everything around me wants to panic.
